- Is this a subscription?
- No. Every tier is a single one-time payment for 12 months of software access. Nothing renews.
- What counts as "software access"?
- The full ivymed.net Step 1 platform, the IvyMed iPhone app and the Board Buddy Chrome extension, all unlocked on the Google account you buy with. Sign in with the same account everywhere.
- How is the Pass Plan different from Elite?
- The Pass Plan includes 20 hours of 1-on-1 tutoring plus weekly live group sessions. Elite replaces the 20-hour cap with unlimited 1-on-1 sessions with a dedicated test-prep expert until your exam date.
- Can I start with Software Access and add tutoring later?
- Yes. Email support@ivymed.net and we credit what you already paid toward the Pass Plan or Elite.
- When does my access start?
- Immediately after checkout. Your dashboard unlocks within a minute; the app and extension unlock the next time you open them signed in with the same account.
