Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using IvyMed, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.

Subscription Plans

Payment Terms

- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
Educational Content: IvyMed provides educational content for exam preparation purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up-to-date. Our Service is not a substitute for official study materials or professional medical advice.
No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in passing any exam or achieving any specific score. Exam results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IvyMed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
- Any errors or omissions in any content
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IvyMed and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
