Q: How do I sync my progress between iPhone and Web?
Progress is automatically synced in real-time to our secure cloud. Simply log in with your same credentials on both platforms. Look for the green cloud icon to confirm status.
Q: I found a mistake in a medical question.
We value accuracy above all. Please tap the 'Report Error' flag on any question, or email us at support@ivymed.net with the question ID for a rapid review by our MD team.
Q: How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased on iOS are managed directly through your Apple ID settings. Subscriptions purchased on the web can be managed via the Dashboard > Settings > Billing page.
Q: Is there an offline mode?
Yes. Performance history and already viewed flashcards are available offline. An internet connection is required for new question generation and leaderboards.
