Only copyright notices go to this address; other messages sent there may not get a reply.
Reporting infringement (takedown notice)
If you believe material on our Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature (as the owner or a person authorized to act for the owner).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list, if several).
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is, with enough detail for us to find it (for example the URL, question ID or screenshot).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
When we receive a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the material promptly and make a reasonable effort to tell the person who provided it. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
Counter-notice
If you believe material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
We will forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the activity, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove material or limit access at our discretion, with or without notice, whether or not it is found to infringe.
Our content
Questions, explanations, videos, recordings, study plans and other materials on our Services belong to Ivy Tutoring or its licensors. Please do not copy, share or upload them elsewhere without written permission. To report someone copying our content, email the agent above.
