Your projected score is the share of a practice exam you would get right today. Your chance of passing reads that score, with the uncertainty from how much of the exam you have covered, against the low-pass band the self-assessments publish. It is an estimate, not a guarantee: IvyMed questions are original, not the exam's own. A full practice exam close to test day is the best check.
