Accessibility Statement
Effective October 6, 2026
Ivy Tutoring, LLC (Ivy Tutoring and IvyMed) wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use ivymed.net, the app pages on ivytutoring.net, the IvyMed app and our live sessions.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We work toward it by using semantic HTML, keyboard-operable controls, text alternatives for meaningful images, captions where we can, readable color contrast, and layouts that work with zoom and on small screens. We review new pages and fix problems as we find them.
Known limitations
- Some games and interactive drills rely on drag-and-drop or timing and may be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader.
- Some older images, diagrams and comics do not yet have full text descriptions.
- Practice exams that imitate official test interfaces may not match every assistive technology.
- Live sessions run in Zoom; Zoom’s own accessibility features (captions, keyboard shortcuts, screen-reader support) apply there.
- Third-party content we embed or link to, such as YouTube videos, is outside our control.
Get help or report a barrier
If something is hard to use, or you need content in another format or an accommodation in a tutoring session, email hello@ivytutoring.net with the page or feature and what happened. We aim to reply within 3 business days and will work with you to provide the information or service another way while we fix it.
